If you're banned from the Platform for violating the rules, you won't be eligible for a refund. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Access to the Platform is not guaranteed, and if the server is discontinued, any virtual items will be lost. Additionally, with each new season, all ranks will be wiped as season progression resets everything back to 0.
